DLA Piper Appoints Konstantin Osipov As Counsel OF ST PETERSBURG OFFICE

Konstantin Osipov is a recognized expert in civil, commercial and corporate law, transaction services, financing, real estate and investments, and international arbitration. He has been working extensively for large Russian and international companies, advising on a variety of issues of both English and Russian law, and has represented clients in cross-border disputes.
Konstantin possesses a wealth of experience in international legal advisory services. From 2002 he was a Senior Associate and then a Co-Head of the St Petersburg office with Coudert Brothers LLP. From the end of 2005 and up to the beginning of 2009 Konstantin was a Counsel at Chadbourne & Parke LLP and then from 2009 to 2014 a Partner at the firm’s London office. From the end of 2014 Konstantin was the head of the Russian desk at GRM Law in London.
Konstantin graduated from the law department of St Petersburg State University in 1996 and was awarded a law degree magna cum laude. He also studied at Cleveland State University, USA.
Konstantin has been many times recognized as one of the top lawyers in Russia and St Petersburg in various fields of law by the international guides Chambers Europe and Legal 500 and the Best Lawyers ranking.
At DLA Piper, Konstantin Osipov will work as Counsel for corporate law.
