ANCOR and Randstad research: 58% of Russians are open for new jobs
On 5th of April ANCOR holding and Randstad, a global leader in the HR services industry, presented the results of the largest independent employer branding study in the world.
23% of the respondents interviewed during the Randstad employer branding research have admitted that they changed their workplace in 2017 and another 35% are ready to do it during 2018. Russians feel more confident on the labor market.
This year, when asked to rank the top criteria when choosing an employer, Russian employees say the most important factors are salary (76%), financial stability of the company (65%) and career opportunities (47%).
According to the research terms, the Randstad Award statuette is given to the two most attractive employers – Russian and foreign companies. This year Gazprom Neft and BMW were recognized as the winners. The detailed research report is available on http://award.ancor.ru/
