VALUATION COMPANIES RANKED based on the number of qualification certificates held by their employees

Crowe Russaudit LLC in collaboration with the Appraiser.RU. Valuation Bulletin has issued a ranking of valuation companies based on the number of valuation qualification certificates held by their employees having memberships in self-regulatory organizations (SROs).

Sixty-nine companies and groups took part in the initiative. Some companies were represented by their respective groups uniting several legal entities.

Only those valuers who held qualification certificates, were SRO members in good standing and were employed by the respective applicants as of 30 June 2018 were taken into consideration.

The applicants employed a total of 607 valuers holding 1046 certificates while the Qualification Certificates Registry had 13,570 records.

Along with the ranking itself, the researchers analyzed available data with a breakdown by SROs. The SRO analytics only considered those valuers who were employed by the ranked companies rather than all SRO members.
