Seminar on Implementation of the Client’s Investment Project in the Framework of Establishment of a Joint Venture

In the course of the seminar you will learn about:
1. Offers in the industrial real estate market of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
2. Risks of implementation of investment and construction projects.
3. Proposals for implementation of an investment project through establishment of a joint venture with YIT. We will demonstrate on a phased basis how interaction with investors occurs.
4. Implementation of an investment and construction project in cooperation with YIT will allow the investor to reduce risks of the project, as well as to increase its economic efficiency.
5. Juridical specificities of projects implemented in the framework of joint ventures:
- Selecting a land plot and structuring relationships with participants of the investment and construction project;
- Shareholder’s agreement and other collateral instruments to implement the investment and construction project;
- Sanctions and their influence on implementation of the investment and construction project.
During the seminar we will hold the lottery with a prize in the form of a 2 (two) hour long legal advice from BORENIUS concerning implementation of investment and construction projects on the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
