After the inauguration on May 7 the president has signed the decree in which he has set the objects which need to be reached till 2024 for the government. For this purpose national projects in 12 directions of social and economic development which have to be approved by the government till October 1 are now developed. On the basis of national projects also state programs will be reformatted. National projects are first of all information for business on where and that the state will do where it plans to invest resources and what conditions will create for a private initiative.
The priority direction has designated the Health care project which unites the purposes of medical and pharmaceutical business on different aspects
The forum of Vedomosti will become the platform for constructive dialogue of the government and business for discussion of the most topical issues connected with development of the pharmaceutical and medical companies in Russia, improvement of business climate in the region, regulation and development of branches.
How to hold the leading positions of the Northwestern Federal District and to make business the most effective – we will discuss at a forum of Vedomosti.
In discussion focus:
- National projects in the field of health care and export. What to prepare to business for?
- Russian and international analytical researches.
- Export of the Russian goods and services.
- Fight against oncological diseases.
- Questions of staff shortage.
- Formation of system of protection of the rights of patients.
- A role and the place of the medical and pharmaceutical organizations in a new health care system.

Project format
The forum consists of the general plenary session with topical issues on pharmaceutical and medical business and also two parallel debatable streams, in each direction separately.
The action will take place in a format of reports and discussions with a break on coffee break.
Duration of an action is from 10:00 to 16:00.

- The analysis international the practician on implementation of projects in health sector and export of goods and services. Establishing effective partnership of the state and business.
- Course towards export of the Russian goods and services. Entrance tourism and not raw export as one of the priority directions of export.
- Fight against oncological diseases. Whether the companies and their developments are ready to the emergency rates of introduction? Early diagnostics, use of nuclear medicine, development R&D, medical organizations of primary link, etc.

Debatable session 1.1. E-health: uniform space of effective health care
– Digitalization of branch allows to solve several priority problems at once – to operate remotely branches, to hold telemedicine consultations, to collect, to analyze and store data. Today practically all aspects of life of medical institutions are concentrated in MIS: conducting medical records, storage of results of researches, movement of medicines and expendables between places of storage and use, medical economy, formation of the reporting and analysis of efficiency of activity of medical offices. Introduction of electronic medical records and also development of templates for polls of patients and accounting, an opportunity to analyze data in an electronic form have exempted doctors from a considerable part of routine work. Thus, the doctor can give more time to the patient.
