ANCOR and Unistaff announce merger

ANCOR Holding Сompany and UNISTAFF Company have taken the decision to merge the assets of ANCOR Accounting Process Management and Unistaff Payroll Company – the companies that provide HR and payroll services.

Following the merger, UNISTAFF will acquire ANCOR Accounting Process Management, while Sergey Salikov, the General Director of ANCOR Holding Company, will become a shareholder of the new company.

The consolidated business is titled Unistaff Payroll Company with 50,000 people being served after the merger. The annual revenue will be 1/2 billion rubles.

Unistaff will provide services in three countries – Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, including five financial settlement centers in Yaroslavl, Tula, St. Petersburg, Krivoy Rog and Almaty.
